Shaadi Mubarak Yojana has been started by the Telangana government to provide financial assistance to girls for marriage. The amount of assistance to be given to the eligible beneficiaries through the scheme will be Rs.100116/-. The benefit of Shaadi Mubarak Yojana will be given to the families belonging to minority category.
To take advantage of this scheme, the beneficiaries have to apply through the official website. After that the beneficiary has to submit the filled application form to the concerned MRO office for verification. For sanctioning the amount, the MRO will take the approval of the MLA concerned. After this process the financial assistance will be provided by the RDO in the bank account of the bride’s mother.
Application Verification Process Under Shaadi Mubarak Yojana
- Presently the processing and verification of the application will be done by the Executive Director, TSMFC/District. Tehsildar will be responsible for processing and verification of application received.
- The members of the respective constituency of the assembly are responsible for approving the beneficiary list.
