Keralotsavam 2023 is being organized by the Kerala State Youth Welfare Board in collaboration with local self-government organizations at all levels of the state starting from Gram Panchayat for this year i.e. 2023. For which the competitions at primary level have been divided into 03 categories. (Corporation, Municipality and Gram Panchayat) The local self-government authorities for these categories will be in-charge of organizing the Kerala Utsav at major levels. Let us tell you that the competitions at the block level will be for the winners of the Gram Panchayat competition. Out of which there is a provision to organize a total of 66 art programs and 48 sports programs for this festival. The winners of the block-level competitions for Keralotsavam 2023 will compete at the district level and the winners at the municipal and corporate levels will participate in the district competitions. Therefore the applicant will have to register online.
