Important guidelines for registering farmers

Processing of application at society level

- Land details are attached to Bhulekh application. The online system will automatically fetch the relevant details from the Bhulekh database.

- Disputed claims will be settled. Online system for inclusion of particular land of joint cultivated area of all applicant farmer, in respect of the plot, the claim of more than his area will be vetoed.
Verification by Revenue/Bank Officials
- The officers will be asked to verify all those lands which are not classified as irrigated in the revenue department but claim to be irrigated.
- It is necessary to verify the extent of cultivation as per the claim of the farmers in respect of all the registers.
- The bank account should also be verified with reference to the application form.
- The verified forms should be sent to the Chief CSO within a week of receipt of each batch of verification forms to Tehsildar and Noodle Bank branches.
- Verification will be done with reference to records and through field enquiry.
- Verification report for non Bhulekh land to CSO will be handed over to Tehsildar and to Nodal Bank Officer for their bank account details.
