The Employment Guarantee Scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Punjab, Charanjit Singh Channi ji to provide employment to the youth of the state. Through which 01 lakh jobs will be given by the government within a year to give employment to the youth of the state. Along with this, youth will also be given free coaching for English language examinations to settle abroad and the state government will also start startup courses for youth in universities.
With this scheme the youth will be saved from fake travel agents and interest free loans will also be given to the youth. With the help of which the youth will be helped to set up their own business. Punjab Employment Guarantee Scheme will make the eligible youth of the state self-reliant and empowered. Due to which the unemployment rate will fall in the state.
